Welcome to Cosmograph, an online web application and JavaScript library designed by Figiri, Inc. to allow users to visualize and analyze network graphs and two-dimensional machine learning embeddings. By accessing and using our service, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service.

2. License & Eligibility

Cosmograph is available under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license. Commercial usage of this software is prohibited unless a perpetual license has been acquired from Figiri, Inc.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

While we collect basic usage statistics about the uploaded data, such as browser type, hostname, data links count, and more, we never store or upload the actual data file. All collected data is stored in a secure database and will not be shared with third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

Users are solely responsible for the data they use with Cosmograph. We do not claim ownership, nor do we upload or retain access to user data.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Cosmograph is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Figiri, Inc. will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, data loss, interruptions, or any other issues that may arise from using the service.

6. Code of Conduct

All visualizations and insights obtained through Cosmograph should be used ethically and responsibly.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of Cosmograph shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware, USA.
